Admission is always FREE to view the Museum's permanent collection.

Patron members of the Kimbell receive free, unlimited priority admission to all special exhibitions. Same-Day Tickets
Same-day tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis on the upper level at the Exhibition Ticket Office. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express are accepted. No checks accepted at the Ticket Office; no refunds or exchanges.
Advance-Purchase Tickets
Advance-purchase tickets for a specific date and time are available at Ticketmaster locations; online at www.ticketmaster.com; or by calling Metro 817-467-ARTS (2787) or 214-631-ARTS (2787) at least two days before you wish to attend the exhibition. All Ticketmaster tickets are subject to service fees and are nonrefundable.
Scheduled Public Tours
Docent-led tours of special exhibitions will take place on Tuesdays through Thursdays at 3 p.m. and Fridays at 6:30 p.m. at the exhibition entrance. Exhibition admission tickets are required to enter the tour.
Group Sales
Discounted group tickets for groups of 20 or more are available with a reservation for a specific date and time on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. For reservations, call 817-332-8451, ext. 229. Reservations for groups should be made at least two weeks in advance. Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, are not available for group visits.

Special Policies
- Please allow a distance of 12 inches from artwork. Do no touch artworks, frames, or cases, or point with canes, pencils, or other objects.
- Backpacks, umbrellas, and other bulky items are not allowed in the galleries. Free parcel check available.
- Baby strollers are not permitted in the exhibition galleries at peak times.
- Weapons are not allowed in the Museum (exception: law enforcement officers).
- Seeing-eye dogs and other service animals assisting people with disabilities are the only animals allowed in the Museum.
- Photography is not permitted in the galleries.
- Sketching is allowed in the galleries as long as it is in pencil and does not obstruct or interfere with other visitors.
- Unscheduled lecturing to groups is not permitted.
- No food, drinks, or water bottles are allowed in any galleries.
- Cell phones should be turned to silent mode while in the Museum.
Accessibility
Barrier-free access to the Museum is at the Van Cliburn Way (formerly Arch Adams Street) entrance. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Museum and at the Darnell Street Auditorium, across Van Cliburn Way from the Museum.
Getting to the Kimbell
From Dallas: I-30 west to University Drive exit (follow signs to Cultural District); north on University Drive to Lancaster (third traffic light); left on Lancaster one block to Van Cliburn Way; right on Van Cliburn Way; Museum is immediately on the left.
From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport: Take the South airport exit, following signs to Fort Worth; follow HWY. 183 west to Hwy. 121; continue on 121 to I-35W. Go south on I-34W to I-30 west; continue with directions from Dallas, above.
