Local high school students are invited to represent their school and community as an “art guide” at the Kimbell. When applying online, students will submit their top two choices for artworks inspired by the foreign language they are studying. Once accepted to the program, students will research their assigned artworks and learn about gallery teaching from attending a mandatory orientation.
The deadline to apply at kimbellart.org is March 2, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of their status by Friday, March 13.
Orientation will take place at the Kimbell on Saturday, March 28, 1–4:30 pm. Students must attend orientation in order to participate in Global Gallery Night. Teachers are encouraged to join!
Global Gallery Night is on Friday, April 24, 5–8 pm.
