Pair the evening with either the Oaxaca Old-Fashioned or Cilantro Pineapple Fizz

 

Oaxaca Old-Fashioned

You’ll need:

1 1/2 ounce tequila

1/2 ounce Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio mezcal

1 barspoon agave nectar

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: flamed orange peel

 

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube, and stir until chilled. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

 

Cilantro Pineapple Fizz
non-alcoholic

You’ll need:

Small Handful of Cilantro (About 6 leaves)

2 Tbsp. Fresh Pineapple Puree

1/4 lime - Juiced

Sparkling water

Ice

 

Instructions:

Roughly rip your cilantro up and put into your shaker

Add pineapple puree and lime juice

Top your shaker with Ice and shake until chilled

Pour (do not strain) into your high ball glass.

Add ice and top with Club soda.

Garnish with a lime wheel, and a sprig of cilantro
