Angela Turner Wilson, Fort Worth Opera General and Artistic Director, and Anthony D. Pound, Director of Education and Community Engagement, will present an exploration of the operatic compositions from the Weimar Republic—with emphasis on the works of Kurt Weill—and their impact on American Opera of the same period.
The Hattie Mae Lesley Resident Artists will perform selections from Weill, Menotti, Gershwin, and other influential composers of the time period.
