Join us with a cocktail

Pair the evening with either the Il Cardinale or the Sicilian Sunset.

 

Il Cardinale (The Cardinal)

Dry, bitter, and aromatic, this cocktail was created in Rome in the mid-20th century and remains an Italian favorite.

 

You’ll need:

Ice

½ ounce Campari

½ ounce dry vermouth

2 ounces dry gin

Lemon twist for garnish

 

Instructions:

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the Campari, vermouth, and gin. Stir. Garnish with the lemon twist.

 

Sicilian Sunset

non-alcoholic

 

You’ll need:

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup sparkling cider

1 cup orange juice

1 cup cranberry juice

2 lemons, zested

 

Instructions:

Place the ice in a glass pitcher. Pour in the sparkling cider, orange juice, and cranberry juice; stir. Pour the cocktail into champagne flutes, and sprinkle with lemon zest to serve.
